2024｜Knowledge Base Established
A comprehensive knowledge base was introduced, offering clear operational guides and process documentation for customers and the industry, enabling faster onboarding and effective knowledge transfer.

2016｜Founded
Bizspoke Technology was officially founded with its office located in Tsuen Wan. Transitioning from its predecessor iPowerMobile, the company refocused its business on Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, LS Retail POS, and the intelligent inventory solution mInventory, laying a strong foundation for enterprise solutions.

2022｜Australia Office
Bizspoke expanded beyond Hong Kong with the establishment of a branch office in Sydney, Australia. Leveraging the time‑zone advantage between the two regions, the company enhanced its support service capability for customers.

2017｜Business Expansion
With rapid business growth, the company relocated to San Po Kong. The new office was four times larger than the previous Tsuen Wan location, supporting team expansion and future development.

2021｜Moving Forward
As the economy gradually recovered after the pandemic, Bizspoke continued to grow and expanded its office to Enterprise Square Three, Kowloon Bay, strengthening its operational base.

2020｜m In Cloud Launch
To meet the growing demand for cloud solutions, Bizspoke launched its in‑house developed “m‑In Cloud Inventory Management System”. Featuring an intuitive interface, smart scanner support, and integration with e‑commerce platforms, it helps customers enhance operational efficiency.

2023｜Launch of Smart Support Platform
The new smart support platform support.bizspoke.com was launched, providing customers with faster, clearer, and more efficient support services.

2025｜Embracing AI Development
In response to the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, Bizspoke accelerated the development of AI‑powered localized solutions, creating new business opportunities for customers.

2026｜Bizspoke 10th Anniversary
A decade marks an important milestone —
and the beginning of the next chapter of Bizspoke’s journey.
